What to include in your request
- ✓The email address used for your BeFluent account or test
- ✓The exam concerned: TOEIC, Bright English or Linguaskill
- ✓The page, test or subscription where the problem happened
- ✓A short description of the issue and any error message
- ✓If there is a visual problem, describe what appears on screen and mention that you can send a screenshot by email if needed.
Customer support operating hours

- ✓Saturday and Sunday: 11:00am to 6:00pm
