Submit your ticket

Tell us your name, email, problem category, subject and a clear description of the issue.

Receive a ticket reference

After sending the request, you receive a BeFluent ticket reference so the issue can be tracked.

Get a reply by email

We reply to the email address you provide during customer support operating hours.

What to include in your request

  • The email address used for your BeFluent account or test
  • The exam concerned: TOEIC, Bright English or Linguaskill
  • The page, test or subscription where the problem happened
  • A short description of the issue and any error message
  • If there is a visual problem, describe what appears on screen and mention that you can send a screenshot by email if needed.

Customer support operating hours

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 8:00pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 11:00am to 6:00pm
